Suboshi-style dried firefly squid  :Hamaura Suisan (Toyama Prefecture)

 Created from firefly squid and natural salt, this product is dried in a cold air circulation drier.

Peanuts :Hasebe (Chiba Prefecture)

 Chiba Prefecture is a renowned peanut production area, accounting for some 70% of Japan's  peanut production. Peanuts grown in Yachimata as considered partiuclarly delicious.

Nara Prefecture :Harushika (Nara Prefeuture)

 Vegetables such as pickling melon, cucumber, watermelon, and ginger are cured in salt then  pickled repeatedly in fresh sake lees to create these pickles.

 This okazu miso is prepared from madai (red seabream) and two different kinds of miso.

 Comes in two varieties: Standard and Spicy, which is created with a chili pepper from Owase  known as Tora no O to create a refreshingly spicy flavor.

 Freshly caught seasonal produce brought to you in a can. Plump sardines, meaty saury, and  fatty kinka saba mackerel. Kinoya's canned goods are full of the delicious sea products found in  the Sanriku region.

 The morning's catch is canned fresh using our

 proprietary production method. We take great care to preseve the flavor of our ingredients,  which are seasoned simply using seasonings produced in Japan.

 Fish used for canning are mainly mackerel, sardines, and saury. We use exclusively high-quality  fish caught at the time of year they are most tasty. The vegetables used in our canned products  are also the absolute freshest, purchased from our contracted farmers.

Miwaku no Amazake :Maruishi Johzoh (Aichi Prefecture)

 This is amazake sweet sake produced using 100% rice koji. No additives, including sugar, are  used, which allows the natural sweetness of the koji to be enjoyed. With the refreshing acidity  of natural citric acid, this amazake tastes delicious consumed either hot or cold.
